FRANK returns to Deep Ellum for two seatings on Memorial Day weekend: Friday, May 24 at 8pm and Sunday, May 26 at 8pm. We are excited to host Steven Page, former front-man for the Barenaked Ladies, and a production company which is producing a new TV show on underground restaurants! We will revisit our most popular theme from last year, Brunch After Dark, but with an all-new menu of the freshest local ingredients. Check your email for the invitation, all reservation requests must be submitted by 9pm on Friday, May 17. Winners will be informed by email this weekend.

Foraged Dinners a great success!

Our two foraged dinners on March 29 and 31 were a huge hit with our diners, and we offered up what may be our best menu yet, primarily featuring ingredients sourced from the wild. From the salad of wild greens and redbud blossoms served with rabbit loin wrapped in house-cured wild boar prosciutto, to the dessert of acorn and buckwheat waffles with butter pecan ice cream and wild dandelion syrup, our diners relished every morsel and were often surprised to learn how much food grows in our neighborhoods and parks. Next month we celebrate our 1-year anniversary, so keep watch on your email for a VERY special invitation!

We often send out last-minute cancellation emails, and many diners have joined the FRANK table by immediately responding to these emails when we have cancellations. We are devising a devilishly sinful chocolate menu to share with you all for Valentine’s!

After two wildly successful seatings for New Year’s featuring an expanded Italian menu and premium wine pairings, FRANK rang in the New Year in truly superb fashion. Our diners raved about our olive oil poached, grilled octopus salad…our creative battuto bolognese…gnudi from housemade ricotta…pink peppercorn ice cream. And that’s just scratching the surface! We look forward to a year of exciting, creative menus shared with our fabulous guests around our grand table. Happy New Year to one and all!

Hiatus

FRANK will be on hiatus on November while Jennie is on her Christmas tour with the Polyphonic Spree and Ben is in Hawaii working with a homeless youth charity. FRANK will return to Dallas for two extremely special seatings for New Year’s Eve at the end of December.
